Currently we provide turning, milling, wire, sinker, and small hole EDMing, ID, OD, centerless, surface, and profile grinding, gundrilling, honing, and produce virtually every round mold component. We make large use of our many fully automated CNC machines and extremely accurate digital readout systems for almost every process to ensure that every part is on specification and on time. With our sophisticated barcode tracking system every order is carefully monitored and organized so you can always stay well informed. Each workstation has its own set of precision measuring instruments for checking every process in addition to our fully updated inspection department for evaluating finished components.
