Made in USA Content Calculator

Our Calculator uses manufacturing data to determine the U.S. content of Made in USA products. The calculator computes four percentages:

• The first is the percentage of U.S. sourced parts that are contained in the product
• The second is the percentage of U.S. sourced costs that are contained in the product
• The third is the percentage of U.S. sourced costs that are contained in the product, after converting all foreign costs to U.S. equivalents
• And the fourth, is the Average of all percentages rounded down to the nearest decimal and then displayed along with the corresponding certification mark.
To calculate these percentages, manufacturers must first enter the number of U.S. sourced parts that are contained in their product, and then enter the costs, of U.S. sourced material, labor, and manufacturing overhead. Additionally, the number of foreign sourced parts must be entered, along with each country and its contributing costs.

We NEVER retain the data or results, however as an option, prior to discarding the data, we will email the results. Our basic and premium members receive a license to use our Certification Mark.
